Conquer fear and feel more stable, comfortable and confident on your mountain bike by learning through scaled progressions and guided practice. Benefit from professional coaching and instruction. A summary will be emailed following each session with individualized feedback and practice tips. Each class will include a warm-up, safety check, practice drills and application on the trail. Enjoy group rides and guiding through local trails, access to an online private forum, weekly homework, maintenance tips and some swag. A mountain bike in good working order is required. A gravel or hybrid bike will not be sufficient for this course. Time to get shreddy!
